Project Assignments has been involved with the specification and installation of several pure fluid systems. We work closely with proprietary system manufacturers to ensure the client requirements are fully complied with. The systems include:
We have experience in the following specific areas:
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) water (single or double pass)
- Water for injection (WFI), via multiple effect distillation of purified water
- Clean Steam, using high purity stills
- High purity compressed air
We are familiar with all cGMP design and installation aspects of the respective reticulation systems, covering minimum velocities, configuration for offtake points, materials of construction (both metals and elastomers) and special welding and inspection techniques.
