In the area of vegetables, we have worked on facilities that cover the following:
- Fresh vegetable cleaning and sorting
- Baked beans - soaking and/or continuous blanching, brine make-up, canning and sterilisation
- Green beans - washing, grading, preparation, dicing, brine make-up, canning and sterilisation
- Maize - washing, cooking, canning and sterilisation
- Pickles and beetroot preparation along with glass jar filling & sterilisation
