Food: Fish
In the fishing industry, we have undertaken projects including the following:
- New production facility to produce value-added frozen fish portions, including shaping, makeup and application of batter, frying, sorting, spiral freezing and cold storage;
- Upgrade of wet fish facility to conform to European Union Standards;
- Refitting of fish factory ships.
