Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) is a vital component in many factories. Project Assignments has designed and installed a variety of different types of HVAC systems, ranging from simple ventilation to complete temperature and humidity controlled systems incorporating HEPA filters that meet stringent pharmaceutical standards.
We have experience in the following specific areas:
- Localised extraction of fumes, dust and humidity at processing equipment, with subsequent filtration and/or scrubbing
- Forced extraction and fresh air makeup in general production areas, for control of general working conditions and to prevent moisture & heat build-up
- Basic design and specification of air handling units and associated ducting systems for high specification food and pharmaceutical environments, from ISO 8 (Class 100 000 or Grade D) down to ISO 5 (Class 100 or Grade A)
- Specification and installation of Laminar Air Flow (LAF) systems
